Weekly hire booking – You may cancel your booking until 4 weeks in advance of the key collection date. Cancellations must be in writing and a refund may be requested. A cancellation charge of 20% may apply (or a minimum £50 set cancellation charge). If cancellation is made with less than 4 weeks’ notice of key collection date, no refund will apply.
Day hire booking – Daily hire bookings do not qualify for cancellation or refunds.
Winter hire booking – The same cancellation policy applies as a weekly hire booking.
Any refund will be credited to the payment card used to make the order. Cancellation charges will be applied at time of refund. Refunds are subject to security controls and customers will need to provide valid security question responses to ensure a refund can be processed.
